• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, law firm name, email address, and password.
• Firm Branding Data: Firm name, attorney name, phone number, address, email, website, and logo images you upload.
• Case and Letter Data: Information you input to generate demand letters, including client names, incident descriptions, medical information, and damages. This data is stored to provide letter history and may contain sensitive personal information about third parties.
• Uploaded Documents: Documents you upload for auto-fill purposes are processed in memory and transmitted to our AI provider. We do not permanently store uploaded documents beyond the current session.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including access times, pages viewed, and features used.
• Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as your billing email and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process demand letter generation requests through our AI provider (Anthropic, PBC)
• Manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe, Inc.
• Send transactional communications such as account confirmations and billing notices

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Anthropic, PBC: Your case input data and uploaded documents are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate demand letter content. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.
• Stripe, Inc.: Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe. Their use is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase, Inc.: We use Supabase for database storage and user authentication. Your account and letter data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Vercel, Inc.: Our application is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Usage data may pass through Vercel's systems.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and letter history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may export your letters. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies ensuring each firm can only access its own data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Client Confidentiality Notice

DemandCraft is designed for use by licensed attorneys and their staff. By using the Service to input client case information, you represent that you have obtained appropriate authorization from your clients and that such use complies with your professional obligations, including applicable rules of professional conduct regarding client confidentiality.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the information below. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended solely for use by legal professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DemandCraft, operated by Ngo Business Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

DemandCraft is intended exclusively for licensed attorneys, paralegals, and authorized legal professionals operating within the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms; and (c) your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and professional rules of conduct.

2. Description of Service

DemandCraft provides an AI-assisted platform for generating personal injury demand letters ("Letters"). The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate letter drafts based on information you input. All generated content is a draft only and requires review, verification, and approval by a licensed attorney before use.

3. Not Legal Advice

DemandCraft is a productivity tool for legal professionals. The Service does not constitute legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal judgment. Ngo Business Group, LLC is not a law firm. The accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any generated letter for any particular purpose is not guaranteed.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information you input into the Service
• Reviewing and verifying all generated Letters before sending
• Ensuring generated Letters comply with applicable rules of professional conduct
• Obtaining all necessary client authorizations before inputting client information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All uses of the Service made under your account

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and is subject to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Ngo Business Group, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you input and the Letters generated from your inputs.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of professional rules of conduct
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or harassing communications
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NGO BUSINESS GROUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED LETTER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ngo Business Group, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with 14 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing tab. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
